Sheniqua is a social justice activist, singer-songwriter, and vocal empowerment coach based in Brooklyn, New York. She has dedicated her life to creating spaces where people can heal, find their voice, and connect with others through music and communal singing. With years of experience facilitating song circles, vocal empowerment workshops, and community healing events, Sheniqua uses her voice and platform to advocate for social justice and personal empowerment. As a mother and community leader, she understands the importance of creating inclusive, nurturing environments where everyone feels heard and valued.   • Saturday November 8, 4-6pm
  • 15 Santa Fe, El Cerrito (indoors with ventilation: please wear layers)
  • Suggested $10-35 sliding scale, NOTAFLOF (reserving ahead on Eventbrite helps us plan! You can reserve for free and pay what you can at the door)If you are a currently-enrolled LRC member, we already have your registration and you do not need to reserve on Eventbrite. LRC members: If you know you are NOT attending please let us know so we can free up that seat for a drop-in singer.
  • Kids welcome (Kids Corner will be up and running, open to all ages who enjoy crafting or playing quietly.)
  • No musical experience necessary. This is a public event and very open to newcomers! Please feel welcome to invite extended community to all our public events. 
  • Please be familiar with our Wellness Safety Guidelines.
  • We can’t wait to see you there, and we are SO EXCITED to host Sheniqua!!
