“Although growing pains can be difficult, if you navigate this fierce storm wisely, you can come out stronger, braver, and happier than you ever thought possible.” ~from The Skinny on Saturn Returns: What Doesn’t Kill You Makes You Stronger

This brilliant song came to us through oral tradition in 2018. It is inspired by Saturn Returns – that notoriously tumultuous time in all our lives (if we’re lucky enough to live long enough!) where our worlds as we know them get shaken up beyond recognition, and we come out more ourselves than we’ve ever been. They can be brutal, these Saturn Returns, chaotic and harrowing, but on the other side of it awaits a bigger, brighter, more authentic and powerful version of yourself.

The words come from i thank you God for most this amazing by e.e. cummings:

now the eyes of my eyes are opened)
