Kaitie would like to dedicate this song to the songleaders who’ve come before, specifically her closest mentors: Maggie Wheeler, Siobhan Robinsong, Denis Donnelly, Melanie DeMore, Laura Sandage, and Heather Houston.

This recording was taken at Berkeley Adult School’s community singing class, with guest artists Sara Stutz, Lea Morris and Kele Nitoto. It is the first time it was sung live, and brought earthside, after arriving in a dream after Kaitie had after she spent an hour revisiting songs she learned years earlier in Golden Bridge Choir, with Maggie Wheeler and Emile Hassan Dyer, her first community singing family.
