Breathe Deep was born in pre-pandemic times. I was feeling uneasy and unfocused and looking for comfort. I thought about what words I would love to hear and “Breathe deep, everything’s alright” rang through loud and clear. I return again and again to this simple song when I’m needing comfort and I hope that Breathe Deep is the right song medicine for others as well.
